Specimen Fireball : June 07, 2009 1101:06-07 UT ( 5:01:06-07 am MDT ) This fireball occurred over west central New Mexico and was a likely sporadic. There is a synchronous VLF/ELF noise emission that appears to flare in sync with the meteor but the noise may have been sferic related and not meteoric. It is hard to tell. Important to note: It is inconclusive but I am adding this specimen to my collection of possibles. See movie links to other possible VLF/ELF emissions from meteors at bottom of page. Sentinel camera system on loan from Sandia National Laboratories. I have merged the optical video sensors with my radio array.
