Re-Examining Common Jovian Radio Emissions

Periodically I ask if there is any SETI or cellular automata type analysis of Jovian decametric radio emissions being done but I never find any. My impression is that the Jupiter system is dismissed as a source of patterned or even possible "intelligent" signal. It is interesting to note that Jupiter radio bursts were actually heard and noted a few years before Burke and Franklin correctly identified them as coming from Jupiter itself. The original Australian astronomers who first heard the mysterious bursts dismissed them as probable interference coming from Malaysia but in actuality the interference-like emissions were emanating from Jupiter itself ! So there is always the possibility that there may be something waiting to be discovered within the common radio energies from the Jupiter planetary system. There is a wealth of collected Jupiter data that can be sifted and processed. Maybe there are intra-planetary Jovian physics or non-human logics whereby Jupiter is communicating or pulsing information into its moon system? Maybe there is some sort of cellular automata phenomenon evident? Or maybe Jupiter is somehow beaconing out to the cosmos. And then again, maybe it is all just mere electrical sparking. But who knows? To be sure, much will be discovered about Jupiter and its moons in the coming years. :
