Transient Luminous Events and Sprites ( with Radio Emissions and Forward Scatter Reflections )

Sprites have begun to appear in my nightly all-sky videos above far distant thunderstorm cells. I note that they generate distinct radio emissions and also have the capability of reflecting VHF forward scatter transmitter waves in a way similar to radio meteor reflections.

This is the sprite cluster in the image above. The "pop" is subtle but quite evident. (Note "this file is 6 MB in size.)
